We're going to be unleashing the plot board on you all on Monday. Jolty and Matt-kun will be the main mods for that, since Mori-kun is about to go on vacation, and then is moving after that. However, Mori shall be kicking around the boards for a while yet, and fielding PMs, and writing up Gym Leader Profiles and the like, so have no fear.
Sundav disappeared from Delmara mysteriously last year. The legendary Ho-oh was kidnapped by a (possibly) human, named Dominus. Dominus seems to be working with a fallen legendary named Drakai, and so far has managed to lock Sundav in a cage, imprison her legendary powers in a crystal, and he's started to turn pokemon around Delmara evil. Fun stuff. The wishing well apparently had a swamp at the bottom of it for a while. Brave trainers went in, fought far too many pokemon, faced an evil gyarados -- and all they got was a crummy book. Perhaps the prize will be better when Sundav finds the location of something else Drakai and Dominus don't want to lose.

Hello again,
July has been a really good month for us. We reached 101 members, opened two giveaways, have a poll going on, added some interesting starters to the Kestra lab, finally finished adding all the cities and "main" routes, also adding some new, other areas, modified a few older skins, and the new phase of the plot is about to open up in the next week or two.
That's a lot of stuff to cover, so let's start with the giveaways. The 101 Members Giveaway has left 101 rare candies in our midst for members to take as they need/request. It will be open as long as there are still rare candies. Our Welcome Back Giveaway has three options of which you may choose two. 1) A pokemon egg with its own egg move to hatch and train up, if you like. Just choose what kind of pokemon you're interested in (reptile, mammal, bird, plant etc.) and you shall be given one randomly. 2) A TM giveaway 3) An evolutionary item giveaway or PD if you don't want an evolutionary item. This giveaway will probably be closed down when the plot starts again.
Right now there is a poll going on to choose what types of pokemon that the final three gym leaders face. Vote in the poll for your top choice and then post a message telling us your top three. This poll will likely be closed soon, as once we've finished the plot work we'll start concentrating on the pokemon in the routes, and the gyms in the cities. Jolty, Matt-kun and Morrigan have been cooking up some plans for those gyms. Expect to see some changes.
And speaking of changes, Mori-kun added some "challenging" starters to the lab lists. The pokemon are all "defective" in some way, and will only be going to really good RPers. This is just to add more variety, and because this stuff does happen. The new possibilities include: a deaf treeko, a post traumatic stress-ized houndour, and a paraplegic mudkip. All three are being released to trainers either because it would be considered good therapy for them to train, or because they really want to be fighting pokemon despite their disabilities.
Professor Redwood is happy to assist in placing these starters. When asked to comment he told the admins: "Of course I'm ecstatic to help. Rehabilitation of wounded pokemon is always a delight for a pokemon professor. Besides, it's not as though any of them are rares. Uhhhh, could you strike that last comment?"
We also have word that Professor Redwood is having trouble with one of the wild naki of Route One. The little black kitten bluntly describes himself as incorrigible, and the name might stick. If your trainer happens to need to contact the professor for any reason they might meet up with Inkor, self appointed lab assistant and butter taster, instead.
Back to the cities, routes and gyms, however. The final cities of Delmara have been added. There are one or two new optional areas. If you get past Wrym City you might want to stop of in Redwood's Grove, our region's greedy professor's home village. Or perhaps you'll continue to Triple Towers Town, where the elites and gym leaders of Delmara are tested and confirmed. There's a rumor that one of the local gym leaders might be stepping down soon, and then you can see the confirmation process first hand.
Not only is the region almost totally finished (with a map, no less, so you'll be able to see what we have yet to reveal), but strange shrines containing statues of a sleeping dragon have started to crop up. It appears that you can make wishes at them, and they might come true. Sundav must be relenting, since the wishing well is so tied up in plot right now.
We also have added "The Writer's Hall of Fame" where we, the admins, can recognize the people who put their talent into RPing. "The Writer's Hall of Fame" is a place where we can recognize the great writers of the forum (and a method for us to choose our victims when we might need some modding assistance). It's pretty much a ceremonial award -- and an excuse for certain members to go photoshop things up, because we like to use Photoshop.
And -- speaking of Photoshop -- the admins have been renovating skins, again. "Ice" and "Future Sight" have a whole new look, there probably will be other changes, soon. The Question of the Day has been re-opened, and we encourage you to keep that old tradition going. The Picture contest is searching for some good rattata art, so enter it if you want that point.
Finally, we can announce that the new phase of the plot will be going up within a week or two. When an official very close to the plotters was questioned he replied with a snarl that: "if people wanted to free Sundav Dominus just did a really stupid thing and helped everyone out on that score."

Site News:
The gym types have been choosen, and in a few days the bios for the three new gym leaders will be up. In the mean time we're re-vamping the old gym leader's bios, giving more information about them and their pokemon, so enjoy.
The Wyrm City Thread is also growing, with the Draconis Nobilis Stadium. It's a place to train your pokemon, and you can enter any event you like as long as you meet the qualifications. So far there are only the "Badge Tournaments" up, but a poison competition, thanks be to Nyaa-Neko, is going up soon, and in honor of all the eggs going around we're going to try out a baby pokemon event. The poison competition was suggested by NN-chan, and we'd like your suggestions, too. If you have any ideas for competitions please shout them out. We have a thread set up for this on the Questions and Comments Board.

Hi, I'm semi-back from my burn out. I'll try to mod the threads that the other admins didn't get to. I appologize in advance for the crappy five sentence posts most people are likely to get. I'm currently handling Miteinjan and Desipil Academy over in Jenta, and my brains are periodically fizzledieing.
Other than that I'm updating the Delmaran Pokedex. Pokemon that are never going to appear in Delmara, thanks to climate conditions and the like, are going to be removed. I'm adding locations to the pokemon that have movesets and everything else. Jolty has some wonderful new pokemon, and there are a couple of old ones that we'll be playing around with movesets for. I'll also be trying to put together a hybrid 'dex over the next few weeks.
As for the plot, we'll be putting the new Board up on Saturday (we hope). Come on by.
